Physical Therapy Evaluation - $200

This is a 90 min visit includes a review of your medical history, physical therapy evaluation, patient education, and plan of care review. We will start treatment in this visit if time allows.

Sessions 2-6: $150 each

Sessions 7-12: $145 each

Sessions 13+: $140 each

We understand some conditions require a longer period of care so we offer reduced pricing based on the number of visits needed.

Holistic Wellness Initial Session - $200

Not injured but want a wellness session? This is a 90 min initial session to go over your history and goals and start treatment. No insurance superbills available for these sessions.

Same pricing as above for physical therapy follow up sessions.

If it seems like we are a good match for care then we can book you for your first visit during the call. I can also offer the names of other providers if it is determined that it’s not a great fit.
