Strength, Flexibility and Balance Class
A class geared for those who are recovering from injuries, managing chronic pain, or are looking for a class geared toward individuals who are over 50. Powers Physical Therapy will be working with Vivian Lefebvre to bring you this class.
About the Class:
This 45 minute class includes a light cardio warm up, balance and agility training, strengthening of major muscle groups, and finishes with stretching. Exercises may be performed standing or seated, and may be modified for any restrictions you may have. This class is appropriate for older adults at all fitness levels.
About Vivian Lefebvre:
Vivian Lefebvre is a Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Senior Fitness Specialist through the American Council on Exercise. She also holds specialty certifications from the Functional Aging Institute, Delay the Disease (for Parkinson's Disease), Smart Group Training for Corrective Exercise, and US Water Fitness Association, as well as many others.
Vivian's work with clients includes strength, balance, agility, functional movement, and cardio fitness using dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, TRX suspension system, and a variety of circuit programs, depending on the individual client needs.
Vivian is personally passionate about fitness and decided to pursue this profession as a second career after more than 20 years in corporate marketing.
